CAV Manufacturing is able to provide a wide range of machining services for custom parts, tooling and injection molding for defense and commercial entities, focusing on small to medium runs of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

QUALITY

​With our top notch quality department and advanced measurement equipment we can measure and meet the most rigorous customer specifications.  All testing performed in an environmentally controlled space.
Our Quality Department works in accordance to documented processes ISO 9001: 2015 certified.

We develop quality plans to mass produce components provided by the customer.
​We use MasterCam and Solidworks for all design development work.
We also handle rapid prototyping using alloy steels, aluminum, Titanium and composites.
